What do you think makes onPeak such a special place to work?
I love that onPeak cares about work life balance. They offer so many benefits that allow you to work stress-free and enjoy life at the same time.
How has your role evolved over time, and what have you learned along the way?
I started as a Reservation Services Specialist in 2010. Promoted to Reservation Services Lead, then Reservation Services Manager, furloughed due to Covid in 2022, and now Reservation Services Supervisor. I have worn many hats and have learned that there is truly no I in team. One department cannot be successful without the other.
What do you think makes a team truly successful?
Leadership makes a successful team. The leader develops, guides, and mentors the team.
If you could instantly live in the world of one movie or TV show for a week, what would you choose?
I would love to live in the city of Zamunda in the movie Coming To America for a week.
What is one topic you could confidently give a 20-minute presentation on with little to no preparation?
Work related, The Compass system. Non work related, Beyonce! I am a certified Beyhive member.
