What do you enjoy most about working at onPeak?
What I enjoy most about working at onPeak is the supportive, team-oriented environment. Everyone truly wants to see each other succeed, and that makes a huge difference. I love being part of a group that communicates well, helps one another, and celebrates wins together! It makes every day feel positive and productive.
What originally sparked your interest in finance?
I’ve always enjoyed solving problems and finding clarity in the details, and finance naturally brought those strengths together. I like knowing that the work I do helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. There is something very satisfying about bringing order to complex information and seeing how it impacts the bigger picture.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
A typical workday begins with a cup of coffee and reviewing reports, followed by analyzing data, completing reconciliations, and supporting various teams with the financial information they need. No two days are exactly alike, and each day can bring a new challenge, which keeps the work engaging.
What is a show, movie, or podcast you’re loving right now?
Recently I have been into NCIS, I love how you can watch it forever and never run out of episodes! I also enjoy documentaries and self-help content; anything that teaches me something new or gives me a fresh perspective always grabs my attention.
If you could live in any fictional world, which one would you pick?
If I could live in any fictional world, I’d choose one that feels like a serene, endless family vacation in Hawaii with sunshine, ocean breezes, and its own Disneyland (hey, it’s my world!) In this world, there would also be a cozy she-shed filled with all sorts of books and my cats. And the best part? My five kids would effortlessly get along ALL the time and be ready for new adventures my husband and I enjoy!
