The event logo is often the most recognizable part of your event’s brand. Be sure to include it on the reservation website so event participants know they are in the right place.
- High-resolution logos should be provided on a transparent background, with all fonts outlined where applicable, in one of the following formats: SVG, EPS, AI, PNG
- Dimensions: up to 200px max-width by up to 80px max-height
- File Weight: 250KB max
Background Image
The first page of the reservation website is where site visitors start their hotel booking experience. Create excitement about your event’s destination or fully extend your event’s brand by adding an image to this main page.
Important Note: onPeak does not recommend including an event logo or important text in your background image. Be aware that if these items are included, they are likely to be completely or partially obscured in some viewing environments.

Custom Gallery Cards
Need to highlight a special message or link guests to additional resources? Add a custom card to the hotel gallery so event participants have easy access to the information they need.

Confirmation Header
Confirmation emails always include your event logo but if you’re looking for something a little more, you have the option to add a graphic header image for a more visual impact.
