Technology is probably the number one variable that has contributed to lots of changes at onPeak. It is not too far in the past that we had big binder books labeled by event name and filled with many hotel contracts. When we needed to review a contract for any reason, we had to haul out the big binder and start flipping through the actual paper copies.
