How long have you been with onPeak?
I’ve been with onPeak for nine months.
What is your favorite onPeak memory?
So far, my favorite memories at onPeak have been my two onsite experiences. They were both amazing. It was awesome to be able to travel to different shows and conferences and meet so many different people.
What drew you to onPeak?
I’ve known about onPeak for a long time from working in the hospitality industry, but after my interview, I was immediately drawn to the culture. It’s a fun and relaxed team and there’s a great work-life balance.
What movie would you use to describe the onPeak work culture?
Although it’s a show not a movie, my mind goes to Emily in Paris on Netflix. The show heavily emphasizes embracing new experiences and working hard, while also still taking time for yourself outside of work. I feel like the onPeak culture adopted a perfect combination of work-life balance, where as an employee I love my job and it’s very important to me, and at the same time I’m able to have a meaningful life outside of it.
Tell us what made you recently laugh so hard, you cried?
Last time I laughed till I cried, I was probably at the Laugh Factory in Chicago watching standup comedy or watching funny animal videos on Tik Tok.
What Hogwarts house would you love to be in? OR if you had a YouTube channel, what would you talk about?
If I had my own YouTube channel, I would talk about health and fitness — I love to work out and I’ve always had a passion for it so I think it would be fun to make videos about it. I would focus specifically on kick boxing / Muay Thai training.
